Nice enough manicure but no real attention to detail. Used to come here for a luxury experience & feel pampered, these days most of the staff seem to just want to finish up their shift and get home. Manicure is fine, but that’s all, wouldn’t pay full price for this experience as it simply isn’t worth it. There is also no consistency among staff, sometimes I get moisturiser, sometimes I don’t, sometimes it takes 45 mins sometimes 25, I always book the same treatment.

Sadly my manicure experience was not great - the edges of my nails were rough after filing and the polish has only lasted 48 hours. I would have expected it to last at least a week with OPI polish and a professional manicure.
