Fantastic shellac mani/pedi by Simona. She is very skilled and thorough, worked nicely on the cuticles which is half of success for any Shellac mani and recommended a treatment in the future for my weakened nails.
To add further, Simona has also this pleasant demeanour about her. My new go-to neighbourhood place for nails!

Shocking treatment. I could not make my appointment and could not get through to rearrange. I got through finally and the receptionist agreed to rearrange my appointment to the evening. A few hours later I was then called back and informed I could not have my evening appointment as the manager had retracted it. Bizarre behaviour and unprofessional treatment considering I was initially told my appointment could be rearranged and planned my day around this. Do not go back on your word! Avoid!
