The salon, for a 3rd time I have visited them have experienced delays. My appointment was pushed back 45min & I had to wait another 15min after arriving for my appointment without an update until I had to get up to ask the reception. The salon did provide a free conditioning treatment to make up for this & the haircut was great! I did need to change my day up for the inconvenience of the delays.
