The salon is nice and the artist was friendly, however she made it clear she was in a rush and said that she wouldn’t be able to do the full manicure, just polish. She checked her phone throughout and made me feel a bit of an inconvenience. My nails are okay but can tell they were rushed. After 2 days two have broken!

I’ve been coming to Simona for about 7 years as I used to work in Vauxhall. I now travel from my home in Peckham to Vauxhall just for Simona. She gives the best pedicure I’ve ever had, plus she’s lovely. I find all the staff friendly and in the beauty salon side (never had my hair done here so can’t comment on that area) it’s a lovely atmosphere.

Not coming back. Arrived to 2 confused receptionists who couldn't find my booking. The stylist was in the middle of another service with a customer. Receptionist told me I should not have even come before receiving a confirmation from the salon directly. She tried to blame the situation on me and the fact that I "booked through third party" five different ways - which I did not appreciate one bit, and of course I did not want to reschedule for another day. Salon told me to request refund from TW
