Sadly the stylist was running 45 mins late and there was no opportunity for a refund or discount. The earlier client offered to miss out on her full blow dry so I could be seen 20 mins earlier. Apart from that, the stylist was lovely and did a great job on my hair!

I asked for blond Balayage highlights. I am a natural brunette and had previously had this done at the salon in the past. I spent £130 plus was recommended to get an extra toner for £30 which I went for. The colour looked exactly the same as when I walked in. To make matters worse, the receptionist then tried to charge me an extra £100. I ended up being charged £60 extra for the toner. Barely got a hair cut, just a trim with some feathering at the front. Won't be going back again.
