Appointment started 45 minutes late, and then took 4 hours. Wasn't offered a drink until 2 hours in, and was left at the sink in deeply uncomfortable chairs for nearly half an hour. I appreciate the salon was busy but I would not return, based on pretty mediocre service throughout

Went from shoulder length bob to a long pixie. I've had short hair before, but Javier made sure to check I was entirely comfortable with my choice and recommended a slight change to the style I had initially chosen. I LOVE it. Would highly recommend.
