I found the general atmosphere very lacking. The hygiene throughout the premises was subpar. Fatima actually interrupted my manicure to take a personal call on their mobile which I felt wasn’t particularly professional. I had a bolt on service which I was happy to pay for but when I got to reception it took the receptionist 5 minutes to put through the £10 on the till. She could have lost taken the money on card and figured out how to reconcile after I’d gone
Sadly, my nails started to chip 3 days after I got them done. I needed them to last until a wedding a week later, which was why I got the gel nails in the first place. Very disappointed.
