One of the best pedicures I have ever had. Simona is very skilled and experienced and it really shows. She had an absolutely incredible attention to details and made my toes looking perfect. I am very grateful

Really disappointing experience. Hairdresser was running 50 minutes behind schedule but I wasn’t told beforehand so sat waiting in the salon for 50 minutes. I asked for a creamy warm blonde and was told that a toner would be added on to my booking (which I knew already). When I went to pay I was charged £103 for three toners which the hairdresser did not tell me I was having/ask me if I could afford. On top of that my hair is literally grey so has clearly been over-toned/the three toners were not necessary

Really dirty inside, nail polishes are all old and dried up, dried my nails for an hour and they all got smuged anyways and had to file them again as it was really bad
