Where do I start.. 1) seconds before they cut my hair I was told I’d be charged £20 extra, when I was given no warning when I booked. 2) had my hair yanked for a good 5 mins when she was brushing it. 3) I asked for layers, which I didn’t get. She only spent about 20 mins actually cutting my hair. Overall I am very disappointed and feel like I’ve wasted my money. Will certainly never be back.

Had booked with a off peak discount & was told once I sat down & discussed that I wanted a long bob I would be charged an extra £20 as the cut would take longer than usual. The haircut lasted an hour (the same time I had booked for) & was told it would still cost an extra £20 as what I’d booked online wasn’t a ‘proper’ haircut even though I’d booked a cut & blowdry. This made no sense but I wasn’t given the option of not paying it. Don’t book the discount if you don’t want to pay full price!
