Ok wax but because its so big there is a disconnect between what the reception knows and what is available. Would be good if spent more time to double-check what was needed
I booked in for a 60minute deluxe facial. I arrived 10minutes early and was left waiting with no warning for about 20 minutes. By the time we got started it was 5:30. I assumed we would just run over time so I would get an hour. Leanne however just completed 30minutes and told me ‘you got all the steps anyway’ - of a very mediocre facial at best. When I raised this with reception they were very rude and I had to email customer service. I should have received half my money back.
