The nail technicians are friendly, however the front of house staff need to work on their customer service. Often talking almost themselves, and fail to update the customer if the technician is running late, etc. this is frustrating, as they’ve now reduced treatment times and still expect the technician to finish within the allotted appointment time, though they were late! Things feel rushed. Secondly, I’ve had a shellac, which I thought is meant to last two weeks and it began to chip in a week. Not even 10 days. I’m not impressed.
