Disappointing. When my hair was being washed, I was uncomfortable. And she was digging her nails into my scalp. My hair didn’t feel like it was conditioned. I asked for a straightforward blow dry. No curls. She was pulling and twirling around with my hair. As my hair was getting dryer, she was messing around with clips and brushes. The end result was ok, but I’ve had better experiences. Not worth the money. I wasn’t even offered water or hot drink despite being soaked and had a fall on my way.
