I got there and they knew I had booked it through Treatwell, instantly I felt a weird energy. So to start with I actually chose to cut my hair with a professional so I paid extra through Treatwell for that option. I then got there and some apprentice was picked up to take care of me, before we even started she pulled me aside and said that the voucher was not eligible for me because of the length of my hair so I will have to pay extra. I have already paid through Treatwell. I paid full price.
