I had a great experience at Live True London Vauxhall- the staff were friendly, efficient and hospitable. I had a Balayage done by Lori who was lovely, she took time to understand what I wanted and gave me great advice on maintenance which I really appreciated. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this branch and I would highly recommend them.

Booked what it was supposed to be a shellac mani and naked pedi. Sorry to say this, but was the worst service I have ever had in my life. She looked annoyed just because I was asking to file my nails properly. And so I had to file my own nails - Since were shaped completely unevenly. Pedi was just a soaking and a bit of scrub and a bit of cream at the end. No foot rasp, or the normal service I usually get. Basically I paid 35£ for a service that I could have done even better at home for free.
