My therapist was extremely inexperienced, not the type of level of service I have experienced in prior sessions. To name a few, the therapist did not understand what I meant by shaping my nails as square round (which is always done), therapist took almost an hour remove my gel and file my nails (which I confirmed I was getting via email), kept checking her phone, bubbles can be seen and the edges were rough which the therapist next to me had to fix. Will definitely not book the therapist again

I paid 180£ for Balayage and I got charged another 120£ additional on the day at the salon for olaplex, toner and blowdry. I understand certain services are extra, but when you spend 300£ on your hair you want to really love it. I am not satisfied with the colour cause it is different from what I asked for and my hair is really damage at the end cause the bleach was on for too long. I got told I can come back in 1 week &go darker and the toner would be free but pay again 40£ for another blowers.
