Really disappointing experience. Hairdresser was running 50 minutes behind schedule but I wasn’t told beforehand so sat waiting in the salon for 50 minutes. I asked for a creamy warm blonde and was told that a toner would be added on to my booking (which I knew already). When I went to pay I was charged £103 for three toners which the hairdresser did not tell me I was having/ask me if I could afford. On top of that my hair is literally grey so has clearly been over-toned/the three toners were not necessary

Really dirty inside, nail polishes are all old and dried up, dried my nails for an hour and they all got smuged anyways and had to file them again as it was really bad

My nails look horrible. I asked for thin nails and they’re very thick. All the nails have different heights. All my cuticles started bleeding and hurting. I’m really dissatisfied overall. Definitely not coming back
