She did full head balayage on me instead of half head. I specifically said no blonde near the root and showed her pictures. There’s patches everywhere, uneven bleaching, it’s awful. Some chunks are orange, some are ash very uneven. Customer service are very slow in replying and I’m having to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Will never be returning.
