I ended up being advised to have balayage rather than half a head of highlights. Lori took lots of time to ensure that we both had the same vision! Love the hair! I got charged on treatwell and then again at the store (I had extra treatments added to my hair), I emailed and they corrected the problem quickly. Refund is pending from treatwell. Will be back!
