Initially, I wanted to get a balayage and haircut, Ying listened carefully to what I wanted but my hair was slightly in a bad shape. She took time to test the bleach and see if it’s a good idea to dye it but advised against it as I would further damage my chemically treated and already weakened hair so they immediately issued the refund and ended up doing an olaplex treatment and haircut. Ying took her time, was friendly but also very professional. She also gives great tips and great to talk to

Nice and friendly technician - but the pedicure could have been better, especially considering it was their most expensive one on the menu... Still had some dry skin on my heels - even though they hadn't been too bad to begin with!
