I arrived early for my appointment. I was offered a beverage and directed to have a seat in the waiting area, very shortly Rutvi was able to begin my treatment. The threading was fast, efficient and well done.

Yose is fantastic - she has done my hair 3 times now and I am always very happy with the result. She is very experienced so whilst she listens to what you want, she also offers great ideas. Really warm and welcoming too. Very happy with the result!
