I went in and was welcomed wonderfully, I just felt very uncomfortable with the lady who did my hair, as a hairdresser myself I feel she really lacked good customer service. She was quite rude and unprofessional, she informed me there would be an extra charge of £15 for my hair as it was thick and take longer than the hour I had been booked for. I informed her that my hair actually drys quickly, I was out in 40mins and the blowdry was fine. Just felt uncomfortable whilst having my hair done
