i gave clear instructions on how I want my hair to be cut. Despite that it was cut way too short and close to none styling. When I pointed it out and asked if they can fix it, I was told it would ruin it further. The entire haircut was done within 10minutes. I've had good experience with them in past, but I'm scared of going back to them after this. I'm leaving for a vacation this weekend and i dont want to look at my face!!
