Normally really good facial threading. This time it was really painful, and rushed. I was left with one eyebrow higher than the other.
Perhaps it was because whilst getting it done two other staff members came over and asked if she would be able to fit their customers in.

I had to see my updo when I got home because there was no back mirror offered so couldn't see the results. Stylist said she could not get the results I wanted because my hair was too soft. Result was matted, frizzy and uneven. I had to redo at home.
