Great haircut at LiveTrue! I was going from long to short and I was a bit nervous but Erika made me feel really comfortable and confident to go ahead with the change. The haircut was great, I love it!

Normally really good facial threading. This time it was really painful, and rushed. I was left with one eyebrow higher than the other.
Perhaps it was because whilst getting it done two other staff members came over and asked if she would be able to fit their customers in.
