I have booked and paid in advance for wash and blow dry for a specific occasion for the day and as I reached at 8.15 am I was told that they are short of staff and need to cancel my appointment. I have not received any message/ call for cancellation and after waiting for my daughter to finish her hair somebody else did my hair half heartedly and I just accepted it as there was no other go. I was very disappointed with the whole experience.
