Terrible timekeeping - I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled booking because someone else was late and all I got was a sorry, unacceptable. There were 4 staff plus receptionist but the floor was covered in hair and everyone looked miserable. Luckily I liked my haircut but I won’t be going back
