Mako was lovely, she took time to ask us exactly what we wanted and was very hospitable. My daughter got the haircut we asked for which was cut and styled well. Amazing haircut and very professional. Will definitely come back. Receptionists great too

I was happy with my haircut and the price was reasonable, but my salon experience was not the best – I was assigned to a different hairdresser to the one I booked with, and left to wait for 20+ minutes due to the mixup without being offered a drink or much explanation. I did book last minute, but the systems should be updated to avoid situations like these.
