I previously had good experiences but my appointment with Cameron was humiliating and unprofessional from start to finish. I called ahead to say I may be 5 minutes late and still arrived within the salon’s stated grace period. Cameron proceeded for consultation and told he would be “2 minutes”, I was left waiting over 40 minutes while he took on another client & then indirectly refused service through reception. The attitude and communication was dismissive and disrespectful. Never going back

There was a mix‑up with my booking and Charanjot took it out on me. When I questioned the skipped haircut consultation while my hair was still dry, Charanjot visibly irritated asked if I wanted it lightly dried. In shock by their demeanour, I went silent, they then shook their head clearly irritated saying it wasn’t their fault. I left with wet hair and no service despite prepaying. I left because I did not feel I could trust Charanjot. Very unprofessional! Poor service.
