Atmosphere wasn’t the nicest, felt like I was being told off for having thick hair and told Treatwell doesn’t allow them to add a surcharge (which I didn’t mind at all paying separately). Haircut was fine, but this weird atmosphere took away from the experience.

I've been coming regularly for years and I've never had a haircut from the same person, every single time it was great and I've never regretted coming. However I do find it particularly strange and I can only assume this business is experiencing high levels of turnover. I would strongly suggest paying your employees decent wages and benefits, every single person has been great during the past 5 years and it pains me to come back everytime and find different staff. Erika was fantastic!!
