Laura was amazing, she took the time to really understand what I was wanting done to my hair and offered valuable advice when I asked her what colours/cut would suit me best. She was also extremely kind and caring, constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable throughout. Would highly recommend her, 10/10 experience.
