A great first appointment and Live True, all the staff were absolutely lovely! So kind and welcoming, great customer service, the only negative, my appointment was 20 minutes outside the scheduled time in the end, due to the fact Laura had been double booked and £45, but presumably that is just London prices. Nevertheless, my blow-dry looked amazing, thank you, Laura.
