Waited over 30mins to be seen, got seen 20mins past my appointment time for something that should be as quick as probably 10mins as it’s a threading appointment. The therapist then explained that she had forgotten I was here and had already moved on to doing something else with another client. When I finally got seen, the appointment felt rushed and even my nose stud fell out due to the threading getting tangled with it. Definitely felt like the care and attention was not there.
