Mako gave me a fabulous wash and blowdry. She styled my hair so well I got tons of compliments. She is exceptional in knowing what hairstyle suits best and executes to perfection. She is now my favourite hair stylist.

My hair cut looked great when I left the salon but the next day I realised it was very uneven & there long pieces everywhere. I contacted the salon several times before I finally spoke to someone. They told me they couldn’t help me unless I paid full price for a new haircut or I’d need to email their head office, which could possibly take 7 days to get back to me and they might not approve getting my hair fixed. As a person who is neurodivergent, the feeling of the uneven hair is unbearable.
