I don’t usually leave these kind of reviews but I truly was left so confused and disappointed with my haircut. I have short hair and it took me a long time to grow it out to the length I had when I walked in. I asked for a grown out crop, where there’s length at the back and sides, I showed her 2 pictures and explained. I ended up with a pixie which is a completely different haircut, very short at the back/sides. When she showed me the back I wanted to cry. So so disappointing.

Previously when i’ve had glossing treatments it’s been with colour but this was just clear gloss and i didn’t really see a difference with my hair. Maybe I booked the wrong type of glossing but just a heads up for anyone else thinking of booking this and expecting some colour
