I thought I would try the salon as it's close to my house. I booked a creative stylist, Lalo and took the time to discuss what I wanted, how I style my hair every day and then discuss options which was fantastic. He suggested a medium bob as I have straight hair and wanted something shorter but easy to style as i go to the gym in the morning. I am very happy with the cut as it was everything we discussed

Stylist was nice & friendly, only gripe was as always with hairdressers a little bit too much length taken off, and after saying I was low maintenance and didn't want anything glam, I was given a bouncy wavy blow dry. It wasn't bad just not to my taste so had to go home and style it myself. Would maybe go again but just be super specific with expectations.

I have bought a voucher, to cut my hair at Gro Vauxhall and the whole experience was just magical. The staff are very friendly. You get unlimited supply of coffee and tea fresh from their coffee machines. I had Chantelle cut my hair and never was that happy before with someone else. She even took the time to curl my hair instead of just blow drying it. The whole experience was phenomenal.
