I had a fantastic keratin treatment on my mixed-race hair—Drew was great at explaining the updated procedure since the product had changed. I visited during a weekday afternoon, which made the experience even more peaceful. The Vauxhall branch has such a calm and relaxing vibe. The staff are friendly and professional.

Really bad experience. 30 minutes late to start, then said didn’t have the equipment to cut a skin fade despite agreeing to it. Didn’t ask length of cut and just started. Left me with long hairs around the ear that I had to ask to be cut and then just walked off at the end of the cut leaving me in the chair. If I hadn’t have paid through here then I wouldn’t have paid in the shop. Really poor.
