First time here and wasn't disappointed. Clare who cut my hair was really attentive and basically got it spot on! She also said I can come in whenever to get my fringe trimmed for free which is so useful!!!

I love this place! I always happen to get my hair done by the same stylist, and I absolutely adore her. She's extremely gentle and thorough and makes sure my blow dries last for days, even if it's raining out! Complimentary hot drink in the morning is a super nice touch.

Everytime i go to this hairdressers its a different hairdresser. Cant seem to stick to the same one as they all come and go and fed up of explaining my hair on every visit.
Fed up of being told same thing about my hair every time i go.
Every week i go and i get told your hair needs a cut.
I tell them i already had it cut and do so every 6 weeks!!
The staff seem miserable and reception is miserable too. Young ones at the basin doing hair are not chatty or talkative. The head massages are non exsitant now Really has gone down hill.
I only go in here for convenience but I tell you I rather go elsewhere!!
