Excellent blowdry and finish.
Staff who wash the hair need to learn to not rush and do a good head massage and wash.
They are charging the prices of hairdressers you get in Chelsea so I expect the same service.
Each time i go on there the staff have changed. Its not a very good vibe. Music too loud and they always forget to give me my drink. By time I get it (after several reminders) its too late as I am unable to have it whilst the blow dryer is blasting in my face.

Staff are friendly and very welcoming. This makes a big difference as so often salons have such attitude. Overall it was good. My only criticism is that at the end I had a surprise additional bill to pay because of the amount of products they used in my hair. Would have nene nice to have been given the heads up quite explicitly prior to said product going on my hair.
