The treatment was lovely. It did take a lot longer than estimated when I booked the appointment. Not sure why and they seemed to take their time which resulted in me being late for my appointment after. The girl that washed my hair was absolutely terrible. I have long hair and I have never seen my hair so messy after showering it before. My hair goes down to the middle of my back and after washing it literally looked like a ball. It took the hairdresser and the girl who washed my hair roughly 30 min to just brush my hair(!!). The hairdresser was careful not to break off too much hair but the other girl was pulling and I ended up losing so much hair because of this girl. She was not careful at all and it really hurt. I liked the hairdresser and the highlights but I would not go back because of the terrible treatment I received during the washing and pulling out so much of my hair.
