I'm frankly amazed at what a good job Michael did at colouring my hair: sorting out a nasty regrowth, and toning the yellow bleached blonde back into a fab ash blonde. He really took the time to listen to what I was aiming for, and then somehow achieved a result even better than I'd dared hope for. Am definitely coming back to him as a regular now!
