I had double braids and they looked amazing.

I had previously had my hair cut here and it was an amazing experience. I wish I could say the same for my balayage experience ! All the staff were lovely but the girl didn't seem to know what she was doing which made it quite difficult, I kept asking what she would advise and her answer was always the same - it was up to me. I booked in for a balayage and she seemed a bit confused as to what that meant. I came out with my hair looking pretty much the same as when I went in, not really what I was expecting! I was also charged an extra £30 for one toner, despite the app saying it was only £15 and it made absolutely no difference to
my hair but took an extra half an hour. Finally when they came to dry my hair they did a rough dry which I was expecting, however it took even longer than a blow dry usually does and my hair looked flat and horrible! I would have rather they left my hair damp and I could have styled it at home or even just offered me the blow dry!! Finally the appointment took three hours and was advertised as 1.45 for my hair to look pretty much the same. I had high expectations of the salon and left extremely disappointed. £110 and 3 hours later it was a waste of my time and money.

Gabriella was absolutely lovely, she listened to what I wanted and managed my expectations as I've been dying my hair brown for many years and the ash blonde I wanted would be difficult to achieve but I think she did a great job and I'm really happy. Will definitely return to her next time.

Went for a haircut and really didnt like the result. The staff is pretty unprofessional, young team and no great CS ! Won't recommend and wont go back either!
