The very nice Stylist took time to listen to what I wanted from the cut, and what I didn't want - so important! I didn't feel rushed. I feel the cost was fair and i would return. All the staff were friendly and welcoming ... Too many places lack this. I would recommend this salon.

When I arrived I waited over 15moins in reception for the cup of coffee that never arrived and was ignored by most of the staff, the hairdresser then told me she was not confident cutting short hair and no one else was available, appalling service!
