I feel bad for saying this because the venue and staff are so lovely... however I asked for purple shampoo (as I always do - I get blow dries all the time for my blonde hair) and they left it in too long, making my hair purple and did not help rectify the situation. I’m really annoyed as I have many events coming up and my hair is purple. Not okay and won’t be coming again.
