Was great. Hairdresser was really nice, understood what I wanted and didn't mind that I wasn't in the mood for a chat. Fantastic value, great location and cosy venue.

Really disappointing experience. My hair cut is uneven and I needed to go somewhere else to get it fixed. The hairdresser do not listen to what I requested, and I was also left waiting for 20 minutes before my appointment with nobody bothering to let me know they were running late, this was despite three members of staff hanging around the counter chatting.
