Worst experience in my life. I booked by mistake one day before I arrived and I didn't realize about that until I went to the salon. They said they can't do anything, the condifiotn of website was "non refundable" and they said they don't receive any money for that appointment, so they can't do anything to help me, so because i didnt have time, I asked to do the treatment anyway, because I don't have more time, and they sais is ok, but the prices were higert that my booked...and they suggest to do an appointment by treat well again (cheapest price)....finally the treatment was ok, takes more than 2 hours almost double and i freezed there. Just one guy from Spain was very kind, the other person was very cold and antipathic sepecially the recpecionits (blond girl).
