Had my hair done by Sinead who is lovely. Wanted a grey balayage from black/brown hair. Some areas needed colour corrections. Came with realistic expectations, and turned out better than I expected! Staff were helpful, was there for over 4 hours but she spent time on my hair and it didn’t feel rushed. Also trains were delayed and they were fine about pushing the appointment 30mins as there was a slot
