Absolutely terrible experience. Really not clear online what this service would include. Take off of £10 is expensive. I had one hand left with gel to be removed so asked for my feet too. I thought this would be fine. Clearly not. The therapist mumbling very quietly, but said it was okay. I don’t think she seems a very happy employee and I understand why. Nothing short of bullying is what I would say about the behaviour of the man at the reception desk. He was so rude with her that she was removing more than my 5 nails of gel. Making her and I feel uncomfortable that someone was waiting and she was running late. In the end I felt so stressed by the whole experience and my nails starting to be hacked to shreds that I just got up mid foot gel removal and walked out saying I’d do it myself at home. No apologies from anyone. So dreadful. Now instead of having reasonably nice last few days of my gel pedi (done somewhere else) I now have a terrible messy looking half done job. Sort out your customer experience, employee treatment and price listings on Treatwell!!! Do not go to this salon.
