I've never had waxing done, at all, anywhere, so I was nervous about getting the Hollywood. However, Pallavi instantly put me at ease. She has more than 20 years' experience, and it showed. While waxing is of course a bit painful, Pallavi worked quickly, checked in on me throughout the process to make sure I was OK, and kept me distracted with anecdotes. The whole thing took less than 25 minutes. I highly recommend her.

Slight delay at the beginning, I went on a Saturday morning and the place was very busy. The staff was very friendly though. They seemed to be specialised in colouration.

Great place, got really satisfied with my highlights! Only thing which I didn't like was that they didn't say they were putting in toners so it ended up being £30 more than I was told.
