I was informed only once at the salon that I would have had to pay an extra £15 as my hair was too long. Bear in mind I had no treatment done, it was just a cut and blow dry. This makes absolutely no sense and I never had to pay extra in the past for this type of service. Furthermore, a tea was offered to but I have actually never revived it. Overall I have to say I am disappointed with the hidden fees and the service.
