Gel polish finish - misleading on Treatwell. It is not as advertised, apparently it is only as an add-on (which it does not say on Treatwell). Staff member was very rude to me about it in front of other people - I felt humiliated.

Frustratingly, I arrived to be told that they had to cancel my appointment last minute and had tried calling me to let me know. However, when I checked my phone there was no record of this. I appreciate that emergencies can happen resulting in a need to cancel but it was a shame they said they’d tried to contact me when they clearly hadn’t. No discount for a future appointment was offered.
