Really enjoyed my time at this salon. Very friendly atmosphere with great staff. Had a complete restyle which the hairdresser took great time over despite the salon being very busy on a saturday. Would recommend!

I loved everything about it, however time-wise they were a little delayed with the start time, a time which I was asked to change to from an original time. Otherwise happy with everything else.

I attended the salon on a last minute booking via treatwell on a sat afternoon. Upon arriving it was clear that some tension in the air. I was greeted rather abruptly by a male receptionist who apologised immediately and said the internet was down. I then sat down and waited 20mins for my appointment that was booked. Upon the hairdresser arriving to greet me she asked what I wanted as a haircut. I explained and then she guided me to the basin to wash hair. During the shampooing the water literally went all over my face. she then said the basin was a shower. I then responded 'literally' !!! lucky I don't have any makeup on. I sat down for the haircut and the experience improved. she was very nice etc and asked how I part my hair I stated a little to side. However when I got home my hair had been dishevelled by the wind and the parting moved. My hair was uneven and clearly longer on the left side. I was shocked and assumed as a hairdresser the cut would have taken this into consideration when cutting my hair. I literally had to chop the hair off myself to even the hair out. I was really annoyed about the whole situation as i expect my hair to be cut properly.
