The hairdresser (Drew) was excellent and efficient and the Brazilian keratin treatment feels like one of the better ones I’ve had. I had to wait 45 minutes however as they were running late so was v close to leaving before I had the treatment… that was too long a wait by anyone’s standards so something not right with their booking system.
