When I went in there was no one at the desk so was a bit unclear where I was supposed to go. My hairdresser tried to sell me other treatments and didn’t seem very happy when I said no. There wasn’t any polite chat but I didn’t mind that too much. My actual haircut was really nice and was very good value because I booked it last minute.
